Maintenance is your responsibility.

Afetr you have had your house professionally inspected you will know the TRUE condition at that point in time, the best way to keep your house sound, and in good condition is to program regular inspections and maintenance by addressing problems before they get out of control.
The Home Maintenance Guide, details a series of simple but important tasks that require only a few hours per year that will save you time, money, and frustration.

To maintain your house in top condition you need to follow the monthly maintenance schedule and implement the maintenance tasks. You can choose to contract out these tasks or do them yourself.
