WHAT DO I GET?

You will get peace of mind knowing you had a quality inspection which defined the true condition of your new home. We are the company you can trust. We have the experience, credentials, and stability to ensure a quality inspection. We have performed tens of thousands of inspections right here in Virginia. We employ NAHI and/or ASHI inspectors. We adhere to a set of principles contained in NAHI's code of ethics in order to give the consumer a completely objective inspection and to avoid any conflict of interest activity. We have been in business since 1982. We have an established office, a friendly, professional staff with regular and extended working hours.

WHAT ELSE DO I GET?

  • The Home Inspection Report, including -
    • Coversheet with identifying information and picture of the home
    • Summary report including all line items rated as major concerns, repair/service items and any comments. The observed problems described, located, their significance defined and course of action recommended. Digital picture of problems in areas inaccessible to the client will be included in the summary.
    • Detailed Inspection Report. Including all the line items inspected.
    • As many copies as necessary can be printed out at the time of inspection.
    • The Home Inspection report will be saved in a PDF file and can be written to a CD.
    • The Home Inspection Report can be e-mailed from the office.
